**Amount accumulates each consecutive year of maintenance agreement purchase. Rewards are accumulated based on the specific level purchased each year. Equipment replacement is a heating, cooling, or combination (full system). Funds accumulated may be used for self or gifted to another. Brockman will provide documentation to redeem rewards to be signed by customer. Accessory is any upgrade to existing system. Credits and all other benefits will be forfeited if failure to renew after 30 days of agreement expiration date.
