Abel and his trainee, Alex, from Brockman Heating came to our home to diagnose our furnace and provide a quote for repair or replacement. Both were total gentlemen. Abel is a gem of a person—transparent, easy to talk to, and great with customer service. Before jumping to conclusions, he and Alex diligently ran multiple diagnostic tests on the heat exchanger and furnace. Only after thorough testing and clear evidence did he conclude a replacement was necessary. They are currently putting together the final quote. While the thoroughness and customer service were top-notch, the final decision ultimately comes down to the numbers. I look forward to reviewing their quote and seeing if we can work together on this project!

These two gentlemen were amazing -they arrived on time, did a thorough job, explained everything, and were done right on time. I would highly recommend this service. I had duct cleaning, including the dryer vent, this is going to give me peace of mind.

We had John with Brockman come over today and right from the start we were happy. First, they sent a reminder message and to let us know he was on the way. John himself was so great, walking us through what he was going to do and if we had any questions. When a repair was needed he explained the part needing replaced, why he was concerned, and clearly communicated the price. He even check my vents per my last minute request. Angel and Cooper arrived right on time to get started with our air duct cleaning. We always appreciate the “heads up” text we get, complete with a photo, when a Brockman’s tech is on the way. The duo told us what they were going to do, about how long it would take, and then they set to work. Air duct cleaning is a noisy procedure, so we planned to be gone during that time; we always know we can trust our home to a Brockman tech. We had arranged to be called when the job was nearing completion, and that plan was executed in a timely manner. There is a lot of in and out, up and down in the house involved in a duct cleaning; doing it on a rainy day holds the potential for tracking in a mess but as always, the guys were careful to minimize any tracking and to clean up after themselves. I always appreciate that I do not need to spend hours cleaning up after a Brockman’s tech has been here. (We would not continue to use their services if that was the case!) We have used Brockman’s as our HVAC service for many years—which include several installations to replace old mechanicals—and we are happy to recommend them whenever we get the chance. We know we can trust the work they do and that they will treat us with honesty and integrity. We have yet to encounter a technician who is not well-trained, knowledgeable, and personable. Angel and Cooper were no exception. Brockman’s hires the best!
