Just want to say how great every person and tech has been at Brockman. Brad helped me out today with A/C maintenance, but Loren, Chuck, and Andy have all been nothing but knowledgeable and professional. You guys are the best.

8/11/26. Nick arrived promptly within the scheduled time slot for routine HVAC maintenance on my two units. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He went over everything with me afterwards with his findings and recommendations. I highly recommend Brockman Heating and Air!

8/10/26 Today I needed a new Thermostat. The technician was on time and did a great job replacing my defective thermostat and getting everything working again so I could actually set the temperature and see what the room temperature was. The technician noticed I had recently had a scheduled maintenance done and so a discount was given to me since it was missed in the maintenance visit. I am always pleased with Brockman and the technicians they send to my house. Keep up the good work! My technician did an excellent job. She addressed everything during my furnace and water heater routine maintenance visit. She was thorough and neat. I hope she continues to service my equipment. My technician today, 1/09/26, was Raymond and he did an excellent and thorough job. He made sure my drain line was clear for my humidifier and took it upon himself to pour hot water down the drain and then asked me for some bleach to finish the job. He replaced my furnace filter and my air humidifier filter as needed and then used his camera and equipment to let me watch as he looked at my heat exchanger. We found a couple small cracks developing and decided it would be best to replace the exchanger. I will be calling to make that appointment in the next couple of months as I save the money for it and I will definitely be asking for Raymond to come and do the job for me. Nick serviced my A/C today as part of my routine maintenance. He was punctual and polite. He did an excellent job while inside the house and then moved outside to take care of the unit there. He was careful to get everything clean and put things back the way they were before he got here. He mentioned to me that I had some trouble with wasps, yellow jackets and bald face hornets in that area of the yard. I was so thankful he was not stung and that he cared enough for my safety to point it out to me. Before leaving, he went over the previous recommendations that I needed to replace the heat exchanger in my furnace and also have a kill switch put on my hot water heater. He offered to schedule the work on my furnace before heat season and I declined because I am still putting together the money to pay for it. I told him I would reach back out and get that scheduled as soon as possible so I could get it done before heat season. Your technicians are always top notch and I am very pleased to have any of them in my home.

Brad Hartman was very cordial and courteous and did his job thoroughly and professionally. He completed his inspection and maintenance of our A/C system promptly and gave it a "clean bill of health". I recommend Brad and the Brockman team very highly!

We asked Brockman to come out to provide us with information & quotes on a water softener system for our home. Our sales technician was extremely knowledgeable. While the appointment ran a bit long, he was able to address & provide information on electric vs. non-electric water softeners. He also gave us a quote on a reverse osmosis water system for drinking water in our kitchen….. both from our sink, & our refrigerator! Finally, after reviewing our plumbing & furnace set up in our garage, he went back to the office & was able to get us a quote for a humidifier & installation on our furnace. We were extremely impressed with Chuck & his efforts on our behalf.

Able was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure you were taken of.

Good worker. Did any sealant actually get into the system? The tubing gave him considerable trouble.

John was great and worked in timely manner. He did his do diligence, but I got my Aprilaire filter $20 cheaper on Amazon and my daughter-in-law installed it.

All servicemen were helpful and kind and very friendly and helpful. Our experience with Brockman's was very positive. It's expensive, though! We're so thankful God provided for us to see the repairs completed!!

We had Brockman come out for a 2nd opinion about what another company had told us about our HVAC needs. We didn't tell her beforehand what they said was needed. We figured if the problem was as serious as they made it sound, she would also find it. Emily was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient (explaining what she did and the reason for her suggestions). As we suspected, the other company had recommended something unnecessary and expensive.)

Update! The next day they came for a quote. The price wasn't terrible AND they said they could come the next day! Now thats amazing. Installation happened in the afternoon and by 10 PM everyone in my house was shivering from the cold air again. Super appreciate the company and will definitely be recommending them! Very happy! Our AC unit is old and it bit the dust. We have a family & pets, so with the fast response for diagnostics it was greatly appreciated. Our tech, Nick, was extremely nice and he made sure to give us options on repairs and replacement. With the cost for the repair, we may as well get a new unit - oh the joys of adulthood (we have a college kid so this is how we talk now 😆). Anyway, Nick listened to us, frequently asked if we had questions, asked if he needed to go further into details, or if he needed to explain things differenty. It was late in the evening and he didnt make us feel like he was rushing to get out or go home. In fact, it felt like he was sticking around MORE because he wanted to make sure we felt taken care of before he left. TLDR: Nick is an amazing tech. The company is coming back tomorrow to quote to replace our unit and we were told within a week they'd be out to get us taken care of. What a relief! We will recommend this company in the future. I dont foresee issues with the rest of the process if this is how the initial meeting went. Thank you.

Our AC unit was having some issues, and the technician (John) got it running smoothly in no time. Professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Highly recommend!
