Friendly knowledgeable professional

Abel and his trainee, Alex, from Brockman Heating came to our home to diagnose our furnace and provide a quote for repair or replacement. Both were total gentlemen. Abel is a gem of a person—transparent, easy to talk to, and great with customer service. Before jumping to conclusions, he and Alex diligently ran multiple diagnostic tests on the heat exchanger and furnace. Only after thorough testing and clear evidence did he conclude a replacement was necessary. They are currently putting together the final quote. While the thoroughness and customer service were top-notch, the final decision ultimately comes down to the numbers. I look forward to reviewing their quote and seeing if we can work together on this project!

This company is fantastic from start to finish. They are very nice, prompt and accurate on quotes, assessments, and appointment times. John who came out for our HVAC maintenance was very professional and personable which made it easy for me to ask questions and understand the answers. This was a no mess no stress experience.🙂

These two gentlemen were amazing -they arrived on time, did a thorough job, explained everything, and were done right on time. I would highly recommend this service. I had duct cleaning, including the dryer vent, this is going to give me peace of mind.

We had John with Brockman come over today and right from the start we were happy. First, they sent a reminder message and to let us know he was on the way. John himself was so great, walking us through what he was going to do and if we had any questions. When a repair was needed he explained the part needing replaced, why he was concerned, and clearly communicated the price. He even check my vents per my last minute request.
