Emily showed up right on time. She knows her stuff and is as friendly and personable as one could be. Very professional. I will definitely ask for her in the future if I need any more help with my furnace.

Not happy that I was conned into a plan. I was pressured into signing a lot of stuff that I wasn't allowed to read. For a brand new Heating and AC there shouldn't be any reason to get a service plan. He gave me a card of plans and I didn't want any of them. His constant interrupts were used to make me think there were a lot a problems. That the plans would take care of the problems. I want paper copies of everything I signed and my invoices. In this world of getting rid of paper, scamming and pressure tactics done by your employees to make sales of unnecessary items are a crime. All I wanted was the humidifier filter changed.
