Ben Sherman and his brother Jake run the company that their grandfather founded in 1957. Ben and Jake started working in the business as teenagers—they understand the importance of complete customer satisfaction with every service call.

Our technician was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the failed compressor, but I understand your frustration with paying the full diagnostic fee for a visit that was relatively brief. While the diagnosis was correct and provided the answer you needed, I can certainly understand why you expected more value from the service call. Although the diagnosis was accurate, I didn't feel comfortable charging you when we left feeling unsatisfied, so I refunded your diagnostic fee. At Brockman Heating & Air, we want every customer to feel they received both excellent service and good value. Thank you again for your honesty and for giving me the opportunity to discuss everything with you. I truly appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

Brockman is an outstanding company. From Jon the estimator and salesperson to Trevor, Terry and Marcus the installers they all were very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the features of the equipment and how the installation worked. They are skilled technicians and were very attentive to details. They were neat, honest and professional in every way. Their charges were very fair and based on the quality of their work, they could charge more. We will never call anyone else for any future HVAC services.

John was prompt and courteous. Although he was servicing the air conditioner, he found that the water heater exhaust pipe was disconnected and reattached it for me at no charge. He assured me that my 11 year old unit was still going strong. I would highly recommend Brockman and John.

Brad did an excellent job fixing my furnace and even came back when I called him to say. I don't think something's right. It was just a thermostat. I wasn't set right, but hedid a great job. Brad is a good technician.

We recently had Terry out to our house for installation of our water softener. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and very professional. He also took great care in taking care of our carpet by covering it while old equipment was removed and new brought in which I appreciated! I would highly recommend using Brockman if you are in need of having a water softener system installed.
