Prior to the technician arriving, Brockman texted the name and pic of the employee and estimated time he would arrive. John S. Introduced himself upon his arrival and floor protectors were put on. He was extremely kind and courteous and explained the maintenance information he was doing for the air conditioner and furnace. Before leaving I asked several questions, and John explained everything in detail so I understood the information, even taking the time to show me a picture of an air conditioner cover he had described to me! Thanks for the superior service. Brockman is an outstanding company, and John is an example of their qualified employees!!!

I wanted to take time to update my original review since I used the annual cleaning service today for my furnace and water heater. I had John Stone come out and was highly impressed with his professionalism and service. This was the second time he has come out and both times he was quick and polite. He left everything clean and answered any questions I had. I am never disappointed with the service I get from Brockman. They are always providing amazing service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I went with Brockman for a hot water heater replace. Loren showed up on time and was very thorough in the quote. The service was done within the week and the two technicians did a great job installing and keeping everything clean on leaving. I was so impressed, I hired them for a Furnace and air conditioner replace. They quited below what I expected. They offered a 15 year warranty on the hot water heater and 10 year on the furnace/ac, which I do appreciate backing up your work with that. The heater and ac were installed within a day and they went over the units very thoroughly with me. They also provide helpful emails about how to get the best out of my units. I would not hesitate to call them in again.
