John and Alex were here today to do some routine maintenance on my AC and I am so happy that they found a capacitor issue and were able to fix it before we encountered any problems ! I have been a member with Brockman Heating And Air since 2021 if I recall correctly, and I really find the service extremely valuable and worth the cost. I’ve called on numerous occasions over the years and have had outstanding help and service!

Brad was prompt ,courteous ,and efficient! He was very knowledgeable and made suggestions for maintenance plans and for future maintenance servicing.

He was very informative and explained what was wrong with the furnace very well. Very kind also.

Abel and his trainee, Alex, from Brockman Heating came to our home to diagnose our furnace and provide a quote for repair or replacement. Both were total gentlemen. Abel is a gem of a person—transparent, easy to talk to, and great with customer service. Before jumping to conclusions, he and Alex diligently ran multiple diagnostic tests on the heat exchanger and furnace. Only after thorough testing and clear evidence did he conclude a replacement was necessary. They are currently putting together the final quote. While the thoroughness and customer service were top-notch, the final decision ultimately comes down to the numbers. I look forward to reviewing their quote and seeing if we can work together on this project!

These two gentlemen were amazing -they arrived on time, did a thorough job, explained everything, and were done right on time. I would highly recommend this service. I had duct cleaning, including the dryer vent, this is going to give me peace of mind.
